Our Organic coffees carry a "full-satisfaction guarantee". If you are not absolutely delighted with our coffee you simply need to notify us of the "quality assurance number" (on the front of every package) and the complaint within two weeks after receipt and we will replace or refund your purchase, less shipping charges.

As a certified Organic Processor and licensee of Shade Grown Coffee and Fair Traded Coffee, we also guarantee the authenticity of Caffe Ibis coffees labelled with these important designations and seals.
